Welcome to Anita. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, Anita application, integrations, and other products and services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
Our Services are designed to help teams automate repetitive work and coordinate operations across the apps and tools they use. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To use the Services, you may connect Anita to third-party accounts (for example, CRM, task management, communication, or other productivity tools) and configure automations that read or modify data in those tools. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to connect those accounts and grant Anita the requested access.
You are prohibited from using our Services in any way that:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Our Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Anita and its licensors. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from us.
Our Services may allow you to submit, sync, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, configurations, or other material ("User Content"), including data we access from third-party accounts you connect to Anita. You are responsible for your User Content, for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide it to us, and for its legality.
By submitting or syncing User Content to our Services, you grant Anita a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, and display such content solely as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, including to develop new features and automations. You retain any and all of your rights to User Content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
In no event shall Anita, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
